Great shop, great barber. Personable, quick, consistently good and very reasonable prices. Does a lot of military cuts, since he's just above the Everett Navy Base. Military & Sr discounts.

I love Neal's barber shop. The value and quality of the haircut I get here is great. Neal is super nice and great to chat with while getting you hair cut. His shop can get real busy at times, but what can you expect for such a great price. Plus he now cuts my son's hair which is fantastic and Neal does great with the young kids.

Neal's Barber Shop has been around for a very long time and is one of those places that gets recognized as a fixture in a city like Everett. Neal is very easy to talk to, has great hair crafting skills, clean location and easy to find. #localguides TIP: The best time to go is when Neal opens up at 8am.

Today, in addition to getting my own haircut, my four year old autistic grandson got his first serious haircut from Neal. Being autistic, Evan is challenged by sensory input such as the sound of an electric razor and the sound of cutting his hair. But Neal did an unbelievable job today. Evan came away very happy about his haircut and looking forward to visiting his personal barber Neal, with papa soon.

Neal is an old school barber, and the end result of each cut is solid. He does veterans' discounts and small talk. You get your hair cut in a monstrous chair that looks like it was taken off the bridge of a WW2 battleship. It's all sheet metal, castings, and vinyl. It can't be beat. The prices are low, the wait times are short, and the cuts are good. If you want a no-nonsense cut for a great price, Neal is the man to see. Parking in downtown Everett can be a pain, but in off-peak hours, you get free parking with plenty of time to get your perfect cut.
